Twists[]
- Viewer Influence - This season, the viewers played a huge role in deciding what went down each week, with their many different chances to evict who they didn't like and to save those who they did.
- HOH Vote - Before entering the house, the cast had been revealed the week prior. The viewing public had the power to vote for who the first Head of Household would be. With over 25% of the public vote, Tyler Orbin became the first Head of Household.
- Viewer HOH - For Week Four, instead of a houseguest becoming the new Head of Household and nominating two people, the viewing public would vote for who would be nominated for the week. They also chose the replacement nominee if the veto were to be used.
- Viewer Eviction Vote - For Weeks 5 & 9, instead of the houseguests voting for who they wanted out, the viewing public would vote for who they wanted to evict. The first victim was Brady Lee and the second victim was Ella Baxter.
- Viewer Veto - Instead of a competition taking place for the Power of Veto in the Triple Eviction of Week 7, the viewing public would choose who to give the Power of Veto to. They chose to give the Veto to Anamaria Alves.
- Original Veto Format - Unlike it's prior season, Big Brother 3 went back to its original Veto Format, with six people playing in the Power of Veto, and the winner having the ability to take a nominee off of the chopping block.
- Late Entry - Two new houseguests, Meg Simmer and Tyson Williams, who were both on reality TV before, joined the Big Brother House right after Week 1's eviction. Those two would be the only ones competing for Head of Household in Week 2, with the person losing being immune for the week.
- Instant Eviction - In Week Four, an Instant Eviction took place, meaning that a whole week of gameplay would happen in less than an hour. No Veto would be held.
- Luxury Competition - In Week Four, a Luxury Competition took place. The winners of the competition would earn special powers that could benefit their game, or simply be an unrelated prize to the game.
- Redemption House - The Redemption House was featured twice in this season. Every evicted houseguest would join the Redemption House for a chance to return to the game. The first time this occurred, challenges took place in tournament style, with three people competing, and the person earning last place would be officially evicted. The first winner was Meg Simmer, and she re-joined the game right after Week 6's eviction. The second time this occurred, it took place with the first six jurors, and there was only one challenge. The second winner was Ella Baxter, who re-entered right after her eviction.
- Double Eviction - In Weeks 5 & 8, a Double Eviction occurred, meaning that a whole week of gameplay would happen in less than an hour.
- Triple Eviction - In Weeks 7 & 10, a Triple Eviction occurred, meaning that a whole week of gameplay would happen in less than an hour. Instead of two people being evicted, three people would be evicted in one night.

Game History[]
Week 1[]
Sixteen hopeful new fans entered the Big Brother House. AJ revealed to the house that all week, before they entered the house, the public had been voting for who should become the first Head of Household. Upon shocked faces, with 25% of the public vote, Tyler was voted in as the first Head of Household. Tyler then formed an alliance with Anamaria, Diego, Kyrie, and Courtney, with Justice being added in to the alliance later that week. Simmon, the prankster of the house, rubbed too many people the wrong way, and he thus became Tyler's target. He nominated Simmon and Bianca, with Bianca as a pawn. Dallas won the Power of Veto, and not wanting to rock the boat, decided not to use the Power of Veto. Despite Simmon's campaigning, he was evicted with an 11-2 vote.
Week 2[]
With a new week starting, came a new twist. Two classic reality TV show stars, Meg Simmer and Tyson Williams, entered the Big Brother House. They were the only ones competing in the second Head of Household competition, however, no matter what, both were immune for the week. Meg came out on top, winning the second Head of Household. The twist shook up the house, with gossiping and lies being spread from alliances. Meg noticed multiple duos forming, and decided to target Tyler, for being a physical threat, and for rubbing multiple people the wrong way. Meg nominated Kyrie and Justice as pawns. Justice then went on to win the PoV and pull himself off the block, and Meg put up Tyler as a replacement. The final nail in the coffin for Tyler was arguing with Meg right after the Veto Meeting. Tyler informed Anamaria about his feelings for her, and they shared a kiss right after Tyler was evicted with a unanimous vote of 14-0.
Week 3[]
Justice ended up winning the third HoH competition. He betrayed his original alliance, and joined Meg's side. He nominated two of his former allies, Anamaria and Kyrie, however, he had second thoughts during the week, when he realized he was on the outs of his new alliance. With Courtney winning the PoV, she revealed that she would be using the Power of Veto on Anamaria. Justice then came with a plan to backdoor John, and when the Veto Ceremony came, Anamaria was pulled off the block, and John was put in her place. Meg and her allies still believed that Kyrie was the target, but was left blindsided when John was evicted with a vote of 9-4.
Week 4[]
Part 1 (Instant Eviction)[]
Anamaria won the next HoH competition, and was called to the Diary Room shortly there after. It was revealed that it was an Instant Eviction, and that Anamaria would have to nominate two houseguests right then and there. She nominated Brady and Meg, with Meg as her target, due to evicting Tyler. Because it was an Instant Eviction, no Power of Veto was played, and Meg was evicted with a unanimous vote of 12-0.
While this was happening, the first Redemption Challenge was held. Tyler and John beat out Simmon, and Simmon was officially evicted.
